Position: Sous Chef Western

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the Western kitchen.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff in Western cuisine preparation and presentation.
• Develop new menu items and ensure high quality of all dishes.
• Manage food cost, inventory, and ordering for the Western kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Have strong leadership skills for managerial level.
• Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
• Food and Beverage must familiar with current culinary trends and methods and anticipates and recognizes signs of up-coming trends and market segment.
• Strong expertise in a variety of Western culinary techniques.
