Position: Guest Relation Officer – Mandarin Speaking

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist all VIP and Mandarin-speaking guests.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking guests, handling their inquiries and special requests.
  • Ensure a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Gather guest feedback to improve services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Mandarin Speaking is essential for this position.
  • Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric attitude.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
