Position: Front Desk Manager (Mandarin Speaking)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office leadership role (e.g., AFOM, Duty Manager)
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate the front desk team
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera)
- Exceptional problem solving and guest recovery skills
- Ability to ensure seamless and efficient front office operations
