Position: Front Desk Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office leadership role (e.g., AFOM, Duty Manager)
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate the front desk team
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera)
• Exceptional problem solving and guest recovery skills
• Ability to ensure seamless and efficient front office operations
