Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect the work of room attendants and public area attendants.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
• Train and motivate housekeeping staff.
• Manage room assignments, lost and found procedures, and supply inventory.
• Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Have strong leadership skills for managerial level.
• Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
