Position: Front Office Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and billing with professionalism.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence, directing them as needed.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presents a positive first impression.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to handle guest check-in/out, billing, and inquiries efficiently.
