Position: Account Payable

Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and ensure proper documentation and authorization.
• Prepare and execute payment runs (cheques, bank transfers).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized Account Payable records.
• Assist with month end closing procedures related to AP.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and software.
• Good organizational skills.
