Position: Storekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store all incoming goods (food, beverage, general supplies).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels using a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system.
  • Issue supplies to various departments based on approved requisitions.
  • Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory audits.
  • Ensure the storeroom is clean, organized, and secure.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a hotel.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and procurement software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with hotel supplies and F&B products.
