Position: Storekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store all incoming goods (food, beverage, general supplies).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels using a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system.
- Issue supplies to various departments based on approved requisitions.
- Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory audits.
- Ensure the storeroom is clean, organized, and secure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a hotel.
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with hotel supplies and F&B products.
