Position: Account Payable / General Cashier (AP/GC)
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
- Manage the hotel’s general cashier functions, including handling petty cash and daily cash drops.
- Prepare and perform daily bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and support the finance team with audits and reporting.
- Monitor financial transactions and cost control measures.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (minimum 1 year for AP/GC).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Good computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems).
- Hands-on, service-oriented, and fluent in English.
- A positive attitude with the ability to support a team effectively.
