Position: Account Payable / General Cashier (AP/GC)

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
• Manage the hotel’s general cashier functions, including handling petty cash and daily cash drops.
• Prepare and perform daily bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and support the finance team with audits and reporting.
• Monitor financial transactions and cost control measures.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (minimum 1 year for AP/GC).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Good computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems).
• Hands-on, service-oriented, and fluent in English.
• A positive attitude with the ability to support a team effectively.
