Position: Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and month-end closing.
  • Assist the Director of Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard hotel assets.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with Indonesian regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or Assistant Director of Finance in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel accounting principles and practices in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in hotel accounting software (e.g., SunSystems, Opera PMS).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • A passionate leader committed to accuracy and excellence.
  • Ability to manage a team and meet strict deadlines.
  • Pre-opening experience in Surabaya is highly valued.
