Position: Purchasing
Responsibilities:
- Manage all hotel procurement activities, sourcing and purchasing goods and services (F&B, operational supplies, etc.).
- Identify and negotiate with reliable vendors to secure the best quality, price, and terms.
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the Storekeeper and department heads on inventory levels and supply needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiar with the Balikpapan supplier market.
- Good organizational skills and high integrity.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
