Position: Purchasing

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all hotel procurement activities, sourcing and purchasing goods and services (F&B, operational supplies, etc.).
  • Identify and negotiate with reliable vendors to secure the best quality, price, and terms.
  • Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with the Storekeeper and department heads on inventory levels and supply needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiar with the Balikpapan supplier market.
  • Good organizational skills and high integrity.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
