Position: Division Head Finance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Proven leadership communication and interpersonal skill
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same position
- Position placement in Bali
- Financial & Accounting Management
- Strategic Performance Management
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Governance, Skill & Compliance
- Strong Finance Analytical Skill
Responsibilities:
- Direct all financial and accounting operations for the division, including strategic budgeting, forecasting, and rigorous cost control.
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring strict compliance with corporate governance, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Implement and monitor strategic performance management metrics to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Provide high-level financial analysis and strategic insights to support senior management and KEK objectives.
- Manage cash flow, oversee financial audits, and ensure the protection of all company assets.
