Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities from community and social event segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and functions.
Qualifications:
- Experienced as the same role for min 1. years.
- Experience with Community & Social Event Segmentations.
- Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
