Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations, food preparation, and menu planning.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure all kitchen activities adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
• Step in to lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be at the same role or position at least 1 year experience.
• Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
• Able to speak English and has a good communication skill both spoken and written.
• Well_groomed and good personality.
• Confidence, highly motivated passionately work.
• Strong culinary skills and creativity.
• Proven leadership and kitchen management experience.
