Position: Asst. Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing all housekeeping and laundry operations.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
  • Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be at the same role or position at least 1 year experience.
  • Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
  • Able to speak English and has a good communication skill both spoken and written.
  • Familiar with VHP system.
  • Well_groomed and good personality.
  • Confidence, highly motivated passionately work.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
