Position: Engineer Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Engineering team in daily maintenance and repair tasks.
- Assist in planning and executing the hotel’s preventive maintenance program.
- Assign and inspect work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality.
- Train engineering staff on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at the same role or position at least 1 year experience.
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
- Able to speak English and has a good communication skill both spoken and written.
- Well_groomed and good personality.
- Confidence, highly motivated passionately work.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or civil.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
