Position: Engineer Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Engineering team in daily maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Assist in planning and executing the hotel’s preventive maintenance program.
  • Assign and inspect work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality.
  • Train engineering staff on proper techniques and safety procedures.
  • Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be at the same role or position at least 1 year experience.
  • Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
  • Able to speak English and has a good communication skill both spoken and written.
  • Well_groomed and good personality.
  • Confidence, highly motivated passionately work.
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or civil.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills.
