Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Front Office and hotel operations during the assigned shift, acting as the Manager on Duty.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complex issues, ensuring prompt service recovery.
  • Supervise and support the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams.
  • Ensure all IHG and InterContinental brand standards are maintained.
  • Conduct property rounds to ensure the safety, security, and presentation of the resort.
  • Assist in training and developing Front Office colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5 star luxury resort.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive, professional, and composed demeanor.
