Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Front Office and hotel operations during the assigned shift, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complex issues, ensuring prompt service recovery.
- Supervise and support the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams.
- Ensure all IHG and InterContinental brand standards are maintained.
- Conduct property rounds to ensure the safety, security, and presentation of the resort.
- Assist in training and developing Front Office colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5 star luxury resort.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, professional, and composed demeanor.
