Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
  • Handle guest check in and check out processes, especially for VIPs.
  • Resolve guest complaints and service recovery issues promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise Front Office staff, including reception, concierge, and bell service.
  • Ensure all hotel safety and security procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5 star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and guest service recovery abilities.
  • Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
