Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Handle guest check in and check out processes, especially for VIPs.
- Resolve guest complaints and service recovery issues promptly and professionally.
- Supervise Front Office staff, including reception, concierge, and bell service.
- Ensure all hotel safety and security procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent problem solving and guest service recovery abilities.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
