Position: Guest Service Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Guest Service team, ensuring a seamless and personalized arrival and departure experience.
- Act as the primary contact for Mandarin speaking guests, handling their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Train and mentor Front Office staff in service standards and guest interaction.
- Oversee VIP guest services and ensure all special requests are met.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotel.
- Experience with Opera (POS system) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is required.
- Pro active passionate, self driven and able to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin.
