Position: Guest Service Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Guest Service team, ensuring a seamless and personalized arrival and departure experience.
  • Act as the primary contact for Mandarin speaking guests, handling their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Train and mentor Front Office staff in service standards and guest interaction.
  • Oversee VIP guest services and ensure all special requests are met.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotel.
  • Experience with Opera (POS system) is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is required.
  • Pro active passionate, self driven and able to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin.
