Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support the front desk team with check in, check out, and complex guest inquiries.
- Ensure all hotel safety, security, and service standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent leadership and guest service abilities.
- Fluent in English.
