Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
• Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support the front desk team with check in, check out, and complex guest inquiries.
• Ensure all hotel safety, security, and service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
• Positive attitude and good communication.
• Team spirit and service minded.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent leadership and guest service abilities.
• Fluent in English.
