Position: Front Office Agent (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check in and check out procedures efficiently.
- Assist Mandarin speaking guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Manage guest communications via phone and email.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotel.
- Experience with Opera (POS system) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is required.
- Pro active passionate, self driven and able to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin.
