Position: Front Office Agent (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform guest check in and check out procedures efficiently.
  • Assist Mandarin speaking guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Manage guest communications via phone and email.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotel.
  • Experience with Opera (POS system) is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is required.
  • Pro active passionate, self driven and able to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin.
