Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales and marketing team.
• Oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage departmental budgets and control expenditures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in a 5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In depth knowledge of the Jakarta luxury market and SCBD area.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and manage complex budgets.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Passionate, creative, and driven to be the absolute best.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
