Position: Butler (Korean Speaker) – Front Office

Responsibilities:

  • Provide highly personalized and discreet butler service to guests, with a specific focus on Koreanspeaking clientele.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and handling all requests.
  • Manage invilla checkin and checkout procedures.
  • Facilitate communication and translate information for Koreanspeaking guests to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate with all hotel departments, including F&B, Housekeeping, and Spa, to fulfill guest preferences.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory fluency in Korean (spoken and written) and English.
  • Proven experience as a Butler in a 5star luxury, allvilla resort environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and guest relations skills.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide discreet, intuitive service and create a “home away from home” experience.
  • Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
