Position: Butler (Korean Speaker) – Front Office
Responsibilities:
- Provide highly personalized and discreet butler service to guests, with a specific focus on Koreanspeaking clientele.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and handling all requests.
- Manage invilla checkin and checkout procedures.
- Facilitate communication and translate information for Koreanspeaking guests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments, including F&B, Housekeeping, and Spa, to fulfill guest preferences.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory fluency in Korean (spoken and written) and English.
- Proven experience as a Butler in a 5star luxury, allvilla resort environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and guest relations skills.
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Strong problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to provide discreet, intuitive service and create a “home away from home” experience.
- Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
