Position: IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all hotel IT systems, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
- Ensure the security, stability, and integrity of all hotel data and IT infrastructure.
- Lead and develop the IT team.
- Provide timely technical support to all departments and guests.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Implement and maintain all IT policies and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, hotel systems (PMS, POS), and data security.
- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non technical users.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about technology and innovation in hospitality.
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
