Position: IT Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all hotel hardware, software, and network systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for both guests and hotel staff.
- Manage the hotel’s network infrastructure, including Wi Fi and security.
- Support critical hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and door lock systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with hotel specific systems (PMS, POS) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
