Position: IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for all hotel hardware, software, and network systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for both guests and hotel staff.
• Manage the hotel’s network infrastructure, including Wi Fi and security.
• Support critical hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and door lock systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
• Positive attitude and good communication.
• Team spirit and service minded.
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with hotel specific systems (PMS, POS) is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
