Position: IT Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all resort IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, property management systems, and user hardware.
- Provide prompt and effective technical support and troubleshooting for all hardware and software issues for staff and guests.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the resort’s data and network systems against external threats.
- Oversee the functionality of key hotel systems like PMS, POS, and internal communication platforms.
- Manage IT inventory, licenses, and documentation accurately and efficiently, adhering to IHG standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an IT Specialist or Network Administrator, preferably within a hotel environment in Bali.
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP), server maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with hotel specific systems like PMS and POS is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to IT emergencies quickly and professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with department heads and providing user support.
- A passion for technology and ensuring seamless resort operations.
- Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology or Computer Science.
