Position: IT Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to all hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and hotel specific software (PMS, POS).
  • Manage network infrastructure, including Wi Fi, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Assist with IT inventory management and procurement of IT equipment.
  • Respond to IT support tickets and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT support role, hospitality industry experience is a major plus.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Experience with hotel systems like PMS (Opera) and POS (Micros) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users.
  • Customer service oriented attitude.
