Position: IT Staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and hotel specific software (PMS, POS).
- Manage network infrastructure, including Wi Fi, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist with IT inventory management and procurement of IT equipment.
- Respond to IT support tickets and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT support role, hospitality industry experience is a major plus.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with hotel systems like PMS (Opera) and POS (Micros) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users.
- Customer service oriented attitude.
