Position: IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all IT operations and systems within the resort, including networks, hardware, and software.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to ensure data security and system integrity.
• Manage the IT budget, procurement of technology, and relationships with external vendors.
• Provide high level technical support and troubleshooting for both staff and guest facing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience leading an IT team.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and decision making skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
