Position: IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all IT operations and systems within the resort, including networks, hardware, and software.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to ensure data security and system integrity.
- Manage the IT budget, procurement of technology, and relationships with external vendors.
- Provide high level technical support and troubleshooting for both staff and guest facing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience leading an IT team.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and decision making skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
