Position: IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all hotel IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and PABX systems.
• Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for all hardware and software issues for staff and guests.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the hotel’s data and network systems against threats.
• Oversee the functionality of key hotel systems like PMS (VHP), POS, and internal communication platforms.
• Manage IT inventory, licenses, and documentation accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experienced as the same role for min 2 years in IT support or network administration, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Highly motivated, a good team player, outgoing personality and result-oriented IT professional.
• Passionate about people and service, providing friendly and efficient technical support.
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP), Windows Server, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hotel specific systems like VHP, PABX, and CCTV systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond to emergencies quickly.
• Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology or Computer Science.
