Position: IT Staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide first level technical support to hotel staff and guests.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
- Support the IT Manager with daily operations and projects.
- Perform regular system maintenance and backups.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS/POS) is a strong advantage.
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills.
- A passionate and driven team player.
- Eager to learn and grow in the IT field.
