Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and food production.
• Lead and supervise a team of chefs, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes.
• Manage a specific kitchen section, including inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Contribute to menu development, costing, and implementation of new culinary concepts.
• Ensure all food safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 5star hotel or highend restaurant.
• Strong leadership, culinary, and kitchen management skills.
• Creative with a passion for highquality food and presentation.
• Excellent knowledge of food cost control and kitchen financials.
• Indepth understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification.
