Position: Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front office operations, including reception, reservations, and guest services.
• Train, manage, and evaluate front office staff to ensure high performance.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage room inventory, rates, and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
