Position: HR Staff

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the complete recruitment process, including screening and interviewing.
• Manage employee data, contracts, and personnel files.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Assist in handling employee relations and grievance procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Law.
• Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
