Position: Director of HR / HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all human capital and security functions of the hotel.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude, and energetic personality.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Proven experience in a senior Human Resources leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
