Position: Learning & Training Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs through job analysis and consultation.
• Design, plan, and deliver training programs, including staff orientation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all training activities.
• Manage the training budget and maintain training records.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, and energetic personality.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Able to join immediately.
• Proven experience in hospitality training and development.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
