Position: Social Event Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

• Proactively sell hotel venues for social events, including weddings, birthdays, and gatherings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners and private clients.
• Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEO).
• Coordinate with F&B and other operational departments for flawless event execution.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the social event segment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, and energetic personality.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Able to join immediately.
• Proven track record in hotel sales, specifically for social events.
• Strong network within the Bekasi event market.
