Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel operations during assigned shifts, acting as the primary Manager on Duty.
• Ensure all departments, including Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping, are functioning smoothly.
• Handle all guest complaints, emergencies, and urgent requests effectively and professionally.
• Conduct regular property walks to ensure brand standards, safety, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Support the front office team during busy periods with guest arrivals and departures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or senior Front Office Supervisor in a five star hotel.
• Strong decision making, problem solving, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with guests and staff.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel operations and departments.
• Must remain calm under pressure and be adept at handling unexpected situations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient with hotel PMS and familiar with emergency safety procedures.
