Position: Credit Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hotel’s credit and accounts receivable functions.
  • Review and approve credit applications for clients and events.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare AR aging reports.
  • Follow up on billing discrepancies and disputes.
  • Liaise with clients regarding payment status and credit terms.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to credit.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position with strong legal background.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotel.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position or strong secretarial background.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is required.
  • Pro active passionate, self driven and able to deliver a high level of customer service.
