Position: Credit Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel’s credit and accounts receivable functions.
- Review and approve credit applications for clients and events.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare AR aging reports.
- Follow up on billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Liaise with clients regarding payment status and credit terms.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to credit.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position with strong legal background.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotel.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position or strong secretarial background.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is required.
- Pro active passionate, self driven and able to deliver a high level of customer service.
