Position: Assistant Dir of Finance & Business Support
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Finance in managing the hotel’s accounting and finance operations.
- Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and income audit.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements, forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Ensure compliance with IHG financial policies, local regulations, and internal controls.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic business support to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a senior finance role (e.g., Financial Controller, Assistant Director) in a 5 star hotel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, USALI, and internal controls.
- Proficient in hotel accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- CPA or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
