Position: Lady in Red Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary brand ambassador in the lobby, providing a warm and personalized welcome to all guests.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and immediate feedback resolution.
  • Lead and embody the Kempinski service culture, ensuring all guest interactions are flawless and memorable.
  • Coordinate with all hotel departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs seamlessly.
  • Maintain an active presence in public areas, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Manage the Guest Relations team and oversee VIP arrivals and special arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a Guest Relations Manager or senior Front Office leadership role within a 5 star luxury hotel.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
  • A charismatic leader with a genuine passion for guest service and an eye for detail.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle demanding situations with grace.
  • Ability to be a visible and engaging presence for both guests and team members.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
