Position: Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire operation of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring smooth day to day service.
• Train, mentor, and manage outlet staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Monitor and control operational costs, manage inventory, and optimize profitability.
• Develop and implement promotions to drive revenue and guest engagement.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 (One) years experience at 5 star hotel.
• A visionary leader who is technology savvy with excellence office administration, communication and analytical skills.
• Familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
• Proven experience in managing a high volume restaurant, bar, or food outlet.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
