Position: Guest Service Agent (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional front desk services, including check in, check out, and cashiering
• Assist Mandarin speaking guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues
• Handle reservations and manage guest correspondence
• Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar Front Office role
• Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, guest oriented, and a great team player
• Willing to work flexible shifts
