Position: Guest Service Agent (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional front desk services, including check in, check out, and cashiering
- Assist Mandarin speaking guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues
- Handle reservations and manage guest correspondence
- Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar Front Office role
- Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, guest oriented, and a great team player
- Willing to work flexible shifts
