Position: Host – Kitchen (Chinese Cuisine)

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high quality Chinese cuisine.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen station and equipment.
• Manage inventory for the station, including stock rotation and ingredient requisition.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a kitchen role, with specific expertise in Chinese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and wok skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Culinary certification or formal training is highly advantageous.
