Position: Chef de Partie (Signatures)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific station within the Signatures Restaurant kitchen.
• Prepare and present high quality dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Supervise and train Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants in the station.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station.
• Assist with inventory, stock control, and ordering for the station.
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 1 year as a Chef de Partie.
• Specific experience in high volume buffet or Indonesian cuisine is highly advantageous for Signatures.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food production.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment.
• Good communication and leadership potential.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Formal culinary certification is a plus.
