Position: Chef de Partie (Signatures)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific station within the Signatures Restaurant kitchen.
- Prepare and present high quality dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Supervise and train Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants in the station.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station.
- Assist with inventory, stock control, and ordering for the station.
- Contribute to menu development and daily specials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 1 year as a Chef de Partie.
- Specific experience in high volume buffet or Indonesian cuisine is highly advantageous for Signatures.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food production.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment.
- Good communication and leadership potential.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Formal culinary certification is a plus.
