Position: Chef De Partie Banquet
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the banquet kitchen station during production and events.
- Ensure all dishes for banquets and events are prepared to the highest standard.
- Coordinate with the banquet team to ensure timely and smooth service.
- Train and supervise commis chefs and kitchen helpers.
- Control food cost, minimize waste, and manage inventory for the station.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years culinary experience with a focus on banquet production.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a large hotel or convention center.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and high volume food production.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Experience working in the Batam MICE market is an advantage.
