Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s front office and guest service operations during assigned shifts.
- Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest complaints, emergencies, and operational issues.
- Supervise and support front desk staff, ensuring smooth check in/check out processes.
- Ensure all hotel standards and procedures are met, maintaining high guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering) to resolve guest requests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role (e.g., FO Supervisor, Assistant Manager).
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
