Position: Front Desk Agent (Mandarin Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Perform check in and check out procedures for all guests, with a special focus on assisting Mandarin speaking guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in English and Mandarin.
- Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest correspondence.
- Process payments and maintain guest folios accurately.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions in a responsive manner.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Responsive, respectful, and able to deliver great guest experiences.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
