Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform all check in and check out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about the hotel and Batam.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage phone calls, reservations, and correspondence.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Front Desk Agent in a reputable hotel.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
