Position: BUTLER STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and anticipatory butler service to all guests.
- Manage all aspects of the guest journey, including check in, in stay requests, and departure.
- Coordinate with other departments like housekeeping and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, dining reservations, and activity bookings.
- Ensure guest suites are perfectly prepared and maintained according to preferences.
Qualifications:
- Having experience in similar positions.
- Have an experience in 5 star Hotels/Resort.
- Confidence highly motivated passionately work in Super Team.
- Fluent in English in written and speaking.
- Able to speak other languages is preferred (2).
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Detail oriented, dynamic, and good teamwork.
- Able to join immediately.
