Position: BUTLER STAFF

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and anticipatory butler service to all guests.
• Manage all aspects of the guest journey, including check in, in stay requests, and departure.
• Coordinate with other departments like housekeeping and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, dining reservations, and activity bookings.
• Ensure guest suites are perfectly prepared and maintained according to preferences.

Qualifications:

• Having experience in similar positions.
• Have an experience in 5 star Hotels/Resort.
• Confidence highly motivated passionately work in Super Team.
• Fluent in English in written and speaking.
• Able to speak other languages is preferred (2).
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Detail oriented, dynamic, and good teamwork.
• Able to join immediately.
