Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s front office and guest service operations during assigned shifts.
• Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest complaints, emergencies, and operational issues.
• Supervise and support front desk staff, ensuring smooth check in/check out processes.
• Ensure all hotel standards and procedures are met, maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering) to resolve guest requests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role (e.g., FO Supervisor, Assistant Manager).
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
