Position: Bell Driver (DW)

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests at the hotel entrance and assist with their luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
• Provide safe and timely transportation services for guests as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the hotel vehicle.
• Handle guest messages, packages, and deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A).
• Previous experience as a Bellman or Driver, preferably in a hotel in Batam.
• Good knowledge of Batam roads and attractions.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer service oriented.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
