Position: Bell Driver (DW)
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests at the hotel entrance and assist with their luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
- Provide safe and timely transportation services for guests as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the hotel vehicle.
- Handle guest messages, packages, and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A).
- Previous experience as a Bellman or Driver, preferably in a hotel in Batam.
- Good knowledge of Batam roads and attractions.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer service oriented.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
